Services

The highest standards of instruction and positive coaching are delivered at a pace and level that suit you.
Initially you will focus on getting to grips with the important basic skills of sailing. You can then move on to seamanship skills, dinghy cruising, spinnaker handling, and racing depending on your interest and preference.

Sessions can be booked by email or telephone with the minimum session duration being two hours.

Services include:-
  • Basic sail training
    Points of sailing, sail and boat trim, tacking, gybing, launching, and landing.

  • Cruising Chichester Harbour
    Navigation, tidal considerations, and hazards all covered with the aim of helping you to cruise with confidence.

  • Spinnaker handling
    Adds extra speed and sparkle to a sailing session.

  • Race training
    Boat handling and tactics and you get to race your instructor!

Resources

  • A fleet of Laser 16 dinghies is used for instruction. These are stable cruising dinghies equipped with spinnakers.

  • Buoyancy aids and a limited selection of waterproof jackets, wet suits and dry suits are provided (see joining instructions)
